At this time, Hello Krafty ships only within the United States.

We do not currently offer international shipping.

 

Subscription Box Shipping

Monthly subscription boxes are shipped on or around the 1st day of each month.

Customers will receive tracking information once their order has shipped.

 

Individual Orders

Non-subscription purchases are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.

 

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary based on destination and carrier service levels.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
