Cancellation policy

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time.

To avoid charges for the next month’s box, cancellation requests must be submitted at least five (5) business days before the next billing date.

Once a monthly box has entered processing, packing, or shipment preparation, cancellation will apply to future shipments only.

No refunds are provided for boxes already processed or shipped.
